Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at driggsmercantile.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Costs

$10 flat rate shipping on all orders.

Carriers

We ship via UPS Ground or USPS anywhere in the US.

We cannot accept military APO/FPO address and PO Boxes for delivery.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the date the order is placed pending both item availability and credit card verification.

*We do our best to keep our online stock up to date. However, availability of products is not guaranteed. In the case of an item you order being out of stock we will notify you directly via email. You can then let us know if you would like us to proceed with shipping any other (available) items in your order or cancel. If you order a singular item that is out of stock, you will be issued a full refund.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48-72 hours.

Damages

Driggs Mercantile is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Can I ship items to different addresses?

Unfortunately, we can only accommodate one shipping address per order.
