Are all of your products handmade?

Not all of our products are produced by hand. However, many of our selection is hand crafted and will be specified within the description of each product.

*Please Note: Due to the nature of handmade goods, no two products are ever exactly the same.

How can I get in touch with your buyer/get my products into your store?

We appreciate your interest in wanting to sell your products to our store.

Our selection is carefully hand-picked by our owners & while they are very selective about the items they choose to represent, are always open to working with new brands and artists.

Please send your inquiry to hello@driggsmercantile.com with the subject line ‘ATTN: BUYER’ with a line sheet showing clear pictures of your product, descriptions, wholesale prices, website links, social media links, etc.

You will receive a response within 3 – 7 business days.

Do you offer price matches or adjustments?

No. We currently do not offer price matching or price adjustments.

What if I make a mistake on my order?

If you make a mistake when placing on order please email our team as soon as possible at (hello@driggsmercantile.com) we will try our best to accommodate you.

However, if you’re order has already been processed and shipped by the time you realize the mistake & get in contact with us, it will be your responsibility to return the unwanted items once you receive them.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

 Do you offer gift cards?

 Yes. Please click here for gift card options. 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

No. At this time we currently do not offer gift wrapping.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, We offer a $25 flat rate shipping on all International orders.

Do you have multiple locations?

No. We do not have multiple locations. However, we do have a sister store ‘Red Pearl’ located just a few blocks away at:

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, all orders will be charged sales tax according to its corresponding state.

What if an item I want is out of stock?

We do our best to keep our online stock up to date. However, availability of products is not guaranteed. In the case of an item you order being out of stock we will notify you directly via email. You can then let us know if you would like us to proceed with shipping any other (available) items in your order or cancel. If you order a singular item that is out of stock, you will be issued a full refund.
