If you are not 100% satisfied with your order Driggs Mercantile gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged, unopened, or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund or exchange within 14 business days of the delivery date.
Merchandise must be sent back in the original box with all tags and receipts. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
Before shipping back your return, send us an email at email@example.com and let us know which item you will be sending back & the reason for the return.
After we’ve received your email we will process your request and forward you a return authorization number.
*DO NOT proceed with shipping back your items until you’ve received your authorization number.

Driggs Mercantile is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be shipped via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise.
We are not responsible for missing packages & have the right to deny return credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Your return will be processed as soon as possible but please allow up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
